I am your empowerment coach Zamira.

I used to think I was prepared to be independent, self-reliant, and happy with my career choices, but everything changed when I started my own family and moved to a new country. Between getting married, adjusting to the new environment, and having my baby girl, I found myself struggling with maintaining a healthy work-life balance, post-natal depression, and redefining my overall purpose. Although my husband was supportive, I knew I needed to figure things out on my own, and personal development and self-discovery became a significant part of my life over the past few years. Through self-reflection and realization, I decided to become a Life Coach and completed the transformational Jay Shetty Certification School program in January 2023.
Since then, I’ve become more present, focused, and self-aware, gaining a clearer understanding of my core values, priorities, and overall purpose in life.
I have learned to view myself as whole, resourceful, and complete.

My decision to focus on women and youth from Central Asia as my niche is based on personal experience, observations, and knowledge of the culture and context of Central Asia. Our culture is warm and welcoming but can also be limiting, imposing unreasonable expectations and control, especially over women and youth. Many experience broken hopes, lack of confidence, overwhelm, and stress, leading to lives lived on autopilot. However, I believe in the transformative power that lies within each of us, and I am committed to empowering women and youth like you, to live their lives with confidence and purpose.
